Basic Cooking Skills – Vegetarian

Vegetarian Meal. This is the second class of the five class cooking series which teaches basic cooking techniques with inexpensive recipe ideas. We will be making Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower, with Risotto and Roasted Tomatoes. An all-in-one sheet pan supper for individual side dishes. Making these recipes we will learn seasoning and ways to improve the flavor of out of season produce. Instruction will include the different kinds of rice and the methods for cooking each, safety and proper use of knives. Registration is required to attend.
