Bacon and Cheese Frittata. This is the first class of a five class cooking series which teaches basic cooking techniques with inexpensive recipe ideas. Learn an inexpensive one dish meal made in a cast iron skillet. This frittata, a quiche with no crust, can be made for breakfast or anytime. Registration is required to attend.
