6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
C. X. Carlson Cultural Room, Children's area, Story Corner / Early Literacy Lab, Pennington Family Conference Room, Main library
We regret that we will be canceling our planned Quarryville Library Pumpkin Night as we did not receive enough registrations to conduct the event. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please stay tuned for next year as we will schedule this event on an alternate evening based on feedback from many of our patrons.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 10 FAMILIES TO CONDUCT THIS PROGRAM. IF WE DO NOT MEET THIS THRESHOLD BY OCTOBER 26 WE WILL CONTACT ANY REGISTERED FAMILIES TO INFORM YOU THAT THE PROGRAM WILL BE CANCELED.
You may drop in anytime during the program hours of 6:00 to 7:30 to ‘walk the pumpkin trail’ through various areas of the Library, and choose to stay for all of the fun or just stay long enough to get your night started! You and your child can explore literacy and STEAM-enriched activities geared toward younger children:
- stories that help make the ‘scary’ stuff seem silly!
- craft stations – make and take
- dancing party zones
- hidden ‘treat’ sensory stations
- and more!
We hope to see you for our new fall event! Age 3-8 with caregiver. Other family members welcome to join the fun! Drop-in anytime during event (6:00-7:30) – travel through the Pumpkin trail and stay as long as you wish!
