As technology has grown more complex, so has the ability for scammers to hide their viruses and traps within emails, websites, and social media. Our workshop aims to bring awareness to the varying types of scams that you may encounter when accessing the internet; whether it be through social media, email, or internet downloads. The goal of the workshop is to give participants the confidence to navigate the internet and their inboxes without the fear of falling into a scammer’s trap.
Programs are offered free of charge. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, feel free to contact the Grant Program Assistant: Josh Gastineau | Josh.Gastineau@millersville.edu | (717) -871-5951 or Sharon Roche at sroche@quarryvillelibrary.org
