Leap into Science

Let’s Leap into Science at the library! We’ll think like Scientists as we read stories and do hands-on science activities around our theme of the day. Children and their families will use critical thinking skills, make observations, predictions, and test their ideas. This program is for ages 3-8 with their families. Please register everyone who will be attending. Leap into Science is provided by The Franklin Institute, and we are also collaborating with Solanco School District for this event.

Today’s theme will be LIGHT & SHADOWS!

Leap into Science originated in 2007 through a partnership between The Franklin Institute Science Museum and the Free Library of Philadelphia. The Leap into Science National Network Initiative is a partnership between The Franklin Institute, the National Girls Collaborative Project, and the Institute for Learning Innovation.
