Outside delivery request

In order to ensure we get your request right, please consider checking OPAC (the Library catalog accessible through our website).  Although the request feature in the catalog is not active for patrons at this time, it displays the status of materials we have, and can save you time ordering your books and media!   Selection is limited to books and materials owned by Quarryville Library  until further notice.

We regret that based on state guidance, we will not be permitted to circulate our toys, games, or kits until further notice.  To ensure as many patrons as possible can be served during our modified schedule, we respectfully ask that you limit your requests to one order per patron per week, and limit items to five per family member, with a maximum of 30 items per family.

By checking the drop-down boxes on the catalog search, you can verify that the material is owned by Quarryville Library AND is currently available:

Once you have confirmed that we have your item available, please record the Title, Author, and Call number as shown in the example.  Please also note the item type (DVD, Book, Audiobook) in the space provided to assist our staff in quickly assembling your materials.

Outside Pickup Order Form

Please use this form to order books, audio-books and DVDs for outside pickup at the Quarryville Library. Search the Online Public Access Catalog for items that are available (not checked out) at the Quarryville Library.
  • Please provide your first and last name.
  • Please provide the email address in case we cannot locate your items or need to contact you
  • Make, model and color of your car that you will come to pick up in. IF THIS CHANGES, PLEASE HOLD UP A LARGE PIECE OF PAPER WITH YOUR LAST NAME FROM THE CAR WINDOW WHEN PICKING UP!
  • Choose all that apply - we will either schedule for you using this information and notify you by email, or call you for any questions or clarifications. If you do not feel you are able to accept an appointment this way please choose "Call me". Please note our staff hours are limited, and phone callbacks may take longer than email requests.
  • Please provide your phone number so we can schedule your pickup!
  • Please provide your full library card number. This is the barcode on your library card that starts with 20339
