Would you like assistance developing a homeschool unit? Or would you like recommendations for pleasure reading for your child? Send this form to our Youth Services coordinator and we’ll provide a nice list of options for you (and we’ll even reserve them for you if you like!).
Do you need extra books on a specific topic? Click here for help with requesting more than five books at a time (please note that all books must be owned by the Quarryville Library).

In addition to providing an antidote to boredom, board games offer lots of educational benefits! You can check out a wide variety of classic games using your library card!
Preschool – early elementary
Concept bags for young readers – contains a combination of books related to a topic. Some topics are academic, others deal with a child’s social and emotional needs. Several bags also offer games or other activities that connect to the topic. Please check these items in and out of Quarryville Library – no interlibrary loans permitted.
Digital Resources –Library System of Lancaster County Library card is required for access. Follow the link to PA Power Library and enter your account, then look for the icon as shown below to access each resource.

Bookflix is a versatile resource from Scholastic, offering themed units ready to show your class along with supplementary activities. Some books are available in Spanish, too.
Pre-K through middle school
STEM kits and other learning stations for small groups or individual children – we have a wide variety of materials to explore. Use our kits to augment your unit and give your students hands-on practice with concepts!
Middle and high school
Ask our Youth Services Coordinator to schedule a digital literacy tutorial for your classroom or homeschool group (grades 4-12) through Zoom! Email Sharon at sroche@quarryvillelibrary.org.
